What we process
- Contact form data: name, phone, email, message, selected topic, consent flag, page URL and referrer.
- Security and anti-spam data: IP address, reCAPTCHA token and verification result, request metadata, timestamp.
- Technical telemetry: event type (visit/lead/request), page URL, referrer, request URI, browser user-agent, language, mail delivery status/errors.
- Rate limit protection: hashed IP key and request timestamps (used to prevent abuse).
Why we process data
- To reply to your request and provide website support services.
- To protect forms and infrastructure from spam and misuse.
- To operate service notifications and technical monitoring.
- To meet legal obligations and defend legal claims when required.
Legal bases (GDPR)
- Art. 6(1)(b): pre-contractual communication and service delivery.
- Art. 6(1)(f): legitimate interests (security, anti-abuse, service reliability).
- Art. 6(1)(a): consent where explicitly requested (for example form consent text).
Recipients and processors
- Authorized DigitalHelp OÜ staff and contractors who handle requests.
- Email delivery providers (SMTP infrastructure used to send/receive form notifications).
- Google reCAPTCHA service for bot protection.
- Telegram Bot API (for visit/lead technical notifications configured by the controller).
Retention
Data is kept only as long as necessary for request handling, security and legal compliance. Security logs and technical records are periodically rotated and deleted.
Your rights

Complaints
If you believe your data protection rights are violated, you may contact the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon).
