What we process

• Security and anti-spam data: IP address, reCAPTCHA token and verification result, request metadata, timestamp.
• Technical telemetry: event type (visit/lead/request), page URL, referrer, request URI, browser user-agent, language, mail delivery status/errors.
• Rate limit protection: hashed IP key and request timestamps (used to prevent abuse).
• Marketing measurement data: where marketing consent is granted, Google Ads and Meta Pixel may process online identifiers, device and browser data, page URL, and the conversion event generated by a successful form submission.

• Google Ads and Meta Platforms, Inc., for marketing measurement and conversion attribution only where marketing consent is granted. Use of these services may involve processing outside the EEA under the providers' applicable terms.

Retention

Data is kept only as long as necessary for request handling, security and legal compliance. Security logs and technical records are periodically rotated and deleted. The consent preference is retained for up to 180 days; third-party cookie retention periods are governed by their respective providers.

Your rights
